...thanks for the response. I got up on your website and checked out the troubleshooting part. I did what was suggested (on the site) and replugged everything and it's working fine, now. I think we may have gotten a little drywall dust in there somewhere. If I have any more probs., I'm just bringing it right in. Thanks, again.

Your staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. They worked very hard to make sure that we were getting the maximum possible performance out of our computers. While we have found the prices you charge for equipment is be competitive -- and often better -- than other places we have looked, what keeps us coming back is the outstanding service we have received. The rates you charge for service, I feel, are reasonable and I know for a fact that your staff spent far more time getting our network running smoothly than we were billed for.
