Principal: Benjamin Shaw

Ben, the owner and operator of BC Technologies, is a long time resident of Tioga county. Ben's "obsession" with computers began in 1989/90 while studying Business/Computers at Mansfield University. Pulling from an eight year background in management, Ben entered the computer repair/resale market in early 1997 as "Ben's PC Services". In November 1998, Ben moved from strictly house calls to a retail location. Ben remains the front runner of BC Technologies and provides the majority of onsite services.

Manager/Controller: Karla Shaw

Karla, a graduate of Mansfield University, provides the financial expertise necessary for the smooth operations of BC Technologies. Karla is one of your first contacts for technical or sales questions.  Karla excels at relating to the customer's needs and offering the best solution to their particular situation.

Lead Technician: Charlie Pollock

As a full-time technician, Charlie specializes in PC diagnosis and repair. His interest in computer technology is an asset to his job as technician. Away from work Charlie enjoys shooting pool and specialty audio applications.
