Just-in-Case Checklists
This month's newsletter is designed to give our customers a checklist of questions to ask themselves about their computer problems before assuming it is a problem for a technician. Once the obvious causes have been eliminated and before you pick up the telephone, go thru the "tech support" checklist. Please note! This is in NO WAY either an attempt to replace using a technician to solve a legitimate computer problem or an endorsement for "do-it-yourself" computer repair. If you are unclear or unsure about the nature of a problem, the safe way out is ALWAYS "Call the experts"! What we are offering our customers is a way to first check their system for those minor "silly" mistakes and to secondly gather a complete and proper description when a problem does exist.
